Hotel manager’s responsibilities are day-to-day hotel operations, customer service, property management, hiring, and cost control.
Hotel manager works closely with the owners.
Suitable candidate is innovative and energetic, hands on manager who makes things happen and has great eye for the details. He/she is seen with customers and at the property rather than in the office. We require hospitality/hotel industry background and qualified education, previous working and managing experience with Thai staff is a must. Swedish, German, French, Finnish or Dutch language skills are seen as big bonus.
