Restaurant Supervisor in charge of the F&B operations of our luxury resort Diamonds Star of the East in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Diamonds Star of the East has 11 luxury villas and is a part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. It has one restaurant, bar exclusively for the guests of the resort and a team of the Butlers who work closely with the guests to handle all the requests.

Main requirements and objectives for the Restaurant Supervisor:
– Manage the team of Waiters, Bartenders and Butlers to make sure guests’ expectations are met and exceeded;
– Make sure that guests are happy with their experience by closely communicating with the guests and delivering personalized and detailed service;
– Work on employee engagement by creating a feeling of teamwork and training the team consistently.
Reporting line is to the Operations Manager / Executive Assistant Manager i.c. F&B.
We are looking for a young and ambitious candidate who speaks 2-3 European languages (Italian, German, French, Russian etc.), has experience in managing the restaurant. International experience is an advantage.
From our side we are offering single accommodation at the territory of the resort, meals, international insurance, annual ticket home.
