The Italian Sous Chef is in charge of all-day-dining buffet restaurant Pavilion (the main restaurant) managing the Culinary team of 25 employees and ensuring high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining the food cost in line with the budget.

Italian Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef who is responsible for overall Culinary operations.
