This role has primary responsibility for maximising resort occupancy and revenue through design and implementation of productive sales strategies and market initiatives, ensuring all rates negotiated are contracted and monitored for production, effective and productive relationships are maintained with all source channels, and new business is continually being sourced to ensure revenue maximisation.

Tasks:
• This role also oversees all marketing activities associated with the resort including public relations and marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales and revenue management reports to identify trends and future demand opportunities Monitor pricing, MAR and other minimums to ensure pricing is within an acceptable range based on available inventory, current sales/revenue strategies and market demand
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

Other Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
• 10+ years of tourism industry experience in a marketing role for luxury segment.
• Oversee and instigate sales calls, roadshows, client receptions, trade shows etc to drive new business
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• This is a mainland based role with attractive remuneration.
