As Retail Sales Officer in Qatar Airways Holidays, you will be responsible to provide and sustain a 5-stars standards in customer services and to achieve the sales and revenue targets by employing effective processes to provide quality holiday consultation and service through the team of holiday consultants. Key accountabilities:

• Ensure all bookings requests – walk-ins, telephone and e-mails are handled within the agreed period as per QR Holidays Service Level Agreement.
• Delegate and distribute tasks and assignments to reporting staff based on their skills and strengths.
• Manage day –to-day rostering of shifts. Ensure hand-over is done from one shift to the next for smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
• Monitor Amadeus queues and assign to staff on duty.
• Be first point of contact between QR Holidays and Finance to provide the requested documents or any other enquiries enable Finance to finalize payments, refunds, etc.
• Responsible of cash handling and daily sales reconciliation, comparing the records and making sure that the details are correct
• Check and ensure all documentation provided to customers is accurate and a reflection of actual confirmation received.
• Ensure all payments are received before documentations and reporting of transactions is completed as per the SLA
• Provide Solution for all customer service scenarios, including customer complaints as per procedures.
• Liaise with operators and hoteliers in case of issues / customer complaints, etc.

Qualifications

If you have a High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience However, if you got a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, then a Minimum 3 years of job-related experience is required. A diploma in Travel & Tourism (IATA) would be an advantage.
