Retail Travel Manager – required for an established Independent Travel Agency based in the Bolton Area. You will be providing an exceptional service, selling a wide variety of packaged and tailor made holidays both face to face and by phone . You will lead , motivate and support a small team of Travel Consultants to achieve personal and business targets . This role offers a basic salary dependent on experience up to £20,000 plus bonus and the opportunity to go on FAM trips Worldwide

Retail Travel Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a team of Travel Consultants
• Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc
• Providing exceptional service to clients
• Provide expert travel advice on worldwide destinations and products
• Strive to exceed revenue targets

Retail Travel Manager Skills:

• Previous experience ether working as a Retail Travel Manager , Assistant Retail Travel Manager or experienced Senior Consultant
• Proven experience in a targeted sales role within a travel environment
• Previous experience working in a Travel Agency, Travel Call Centre OR Cruise Sales
• Genuine interest in the travel industry
• First hand Worldwide Travelling knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
