Sales and Operations Executive, French Speaker: This small independent tour operator are recruiting for a French speaking Sales and Operations Executive to deal with French clients, converting their enquiries into bookings and dealing with their booking until they depart as well as contracting.

Sales and Operations Executive, French Speaker – Responsibilities:
Acknowledge all new requests with a telephone call and follow up email.

Ensure that all new requests are qualified accurately and in a timely manner

Produce good quality quotations using the e-Voyages standard format and within the agreed SLA’s for your market.

Take an option on accommodation or other services when required and provide timely information to clients accordingly.

Follow up all quotations consistently to maximise conversion rates.

Acknowledge confirmations to clients.

Working with Contracts and Purchasing:

Make sure the best possible rates with suppliers are achieved and that we are within or below budget

Ensure that options held monitored on a daily basis.

Build and develop close relationships with C&P.

Sales and Operations Executive, French Speaker – Skills Required:
– Sales and operations experience within the travel industry
– Fluent French and English speaking
– Experience of dealing with clients and suppliers

Sale Executive, French Speaker – Additional Information:
– Competative salary
– Working Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00 / 09.00 – 18.00
– Based North West London
