GCS Recruitment are searching for a Sea Freight Sales Executive to work with one of the leading shipping and insurance companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

Forming part of our Sales and Customer Service Team selling and promoting
Maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring their expectations are met
Handling client requests including sales enquiries
Preparing quotations for both import and export bookings
Enhancing customer relations and delivering a positive experience to all customers
Liaising closely with our agents, ensuring a smooth execution

Requirements:

Previous experience within customer service would be considered an asset
Ability to negotiate sales deals and follow up on a regular basis
Possesses highly effective relationship skills so as to communicate, influence and collaborate positively and sensitively with stakeholders
An entrepreneurial attitude to meet targets and objectives
Organised, with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to problem-solve with strong analytical skills
