Job Description

Key tasks

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the dedicated accounts in Mainland and Greater China
Build and promote strong, long-lasting travel agent relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Business Travel to key source region and represent resort in the essential Trade Fair
Invite important partners on FAM trip to resort and host them regularly
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Director of Sales
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Analyzes current client base or target market for the hotel.
Devises new ways to expand that client base.
Develops and Manages Chinese Social Media Platform for the resort such as We Chat and Weibo
Oversees distribution of marketing materials.
Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings
Manages accounts of high-profile clients.
Processes payments and applies discounts as necessary
Addresses and resolves any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing
