One of the world’s leading weekly specialist publications has recently launched a highly unique and experiential global tours product to market to its’ extensive readership. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager with proven experience within tour operating to join the small team to help to build and develop the proposition. The role will be reporting into the Director of Tours and will liaise closely with the central marketing team. The current focus is on bringing new tours to market, managing relationships with their tour operation partners and supporting the operational delivery of the tours. As this is a start-up scenario in a mature business the role will require an agile and flexible hands-on approach.
Experience within tour operation product/commercial is essential. Small group escorted tours experience would be ideal.

Confident communicator with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial, planning and analytical skills.
Exposure to marketing and a good understanding of customer journey management would be desirable.
Team orientated with a hands-on approach.
