GCS Recruitment are searching for a Support & Implementations Agent to work with one of the leading software companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

Providing application software support to clients remotely, via telephone, email and chat
Interacting with clients about the project status and solve their technical issues if any
Modifying current software and correcting errors which may then help in adapting new hardware and upgrading interfaces
Performing problem management and end-to-end problem ownership
Handling implementation of new projects, onsite and on client’s premises
Providing training to the clients regarding any upgraded systems
Planning changes in the existing system and suggesting the installation of the new system
Contributing to the knowledge base and support documentation

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support within the IT industry would be preferred
Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal
Excellent creativity skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to prioritise, with great problem-solving skills
Motivated with a strong will to continuously learn
