We have such an exciting opportunity for you to join an expanding award winning travel brand based in Birmingham City Centre who specialise in putting together long-haul and tailor-made trips for their customers.

This well-established company are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their vibrant reservations team using your previous travel industry experience to create the perfect honeymoon for your customer. Everyday will be varied as no honeymoon is the same as is no customer, if you have previous long-haul experience or experience creating those exciting tailor-made itineraries this is the role for you. Delivering world-class levels of service and going that extra mile whilst achieving sales targets and working within a fast-paced sales environment.

This role comes with a basic salary of around £20K depending on experience with so many amazing benefits, uncapped earning potential, lots of great incentives and educational trips. You will not be asked to work any late nights and they are also closed on a Sunday, with Saturdays closing at 2pm.

The responsibilities of a honeymoon specialist:

• Be able to meet a variety of sales targets
• Strive to develop and improve your own product knowledge
• Recommend and design the ideal luxury honeymoon to meet with clients requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service on all aspects of the customers booking journey
• Build a portfolio of repeat customers for future holidays
• Keeping up to date with all available promotions to encourage sales

Requirements of a honeymoon specialist:

• To have previous travel industry experience, ideally with a luxury travel agent or tour operator sales
• Extensive travel experience and knowledge on more than one continent
• A passion for luxury travel
• Proven sales skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and committed approach
• Sales driven and enjoys working towards targets
• Outstanding customer service skills
