In-charge of the overall T&C functions for the organization. Develop Strategies to maximize the capability and productivity of all employee. Implement, assess, evaluate, and follow up the outcome of each function not only to ensure that all relevant performance lead to achieve the company strategy, but also T&C division’s goals and objectives.
Plan and lead all staff activities to ensure very positive employee satisfaction.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Must have strong decision making and strategic vision skills.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
- Flexibility, problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
