Technology Solutions Manager Responsibilities

As the Technology Solutions Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that clients are successfully utilising their technology solutions. You’ll be involved in advising on booking tools at all stages of the client journey, from the bidding process, to development and build of the solution through to implementation, delivery and training. This is a consultative role that requires a strong understanding of in-house and third party booking tools combined with an ability to be client-facing and demonstrate and explain these tools. You’ll be a strong presenter and communicator, comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority.

Technology Solutions Manager Skills Required

• Familiarity with booking tools and technology in a TMC setting
• Strong presentation skills
• Client-facing experience
• Good mastery of Powerpoint and Visio
• Experience in a related role within a TMC such as operations, implementation, onboarding or client success

Technology Solutions Manager Salary Details

Negotiable, depending on experience
