This exciting new role is responsible for supporting and executing the B2B marketing strategy in Asia and South Africa markets, with a specific focus on the independent travel sector. It will work very closely with our Agent partners within that sector, and also our team of Global Purpose Specialists, to deliver award-worthy marketing services that drive measurable results. This role will also be responsible for the print and distribution (note, not production) of the G Adventures brochures.
> Key account management, including the creation and implementation of B2B Marketing calendars and campaigns > Drive innovation and excellence that adds real value to our B2B marketing objectives > Manage all regional aspects of our B2B communication strategy, across a variety of media including email and social media > Development of all content and creative needed to execute > Reporting on Agent promos and trends. > Support Sales team initiatives, incentives and events including Trade shows. > Work closely with fellow Trade Marketing Executive to ensure alignment across all B2B sectors > Work closely with our Brochure team, and regional supplier network, to ensure effective brochure print and distribution strategy > Identify and monitor competitors, researching market conditions > Budget tracking and spend monitoring
> Preferred 2+ years experience working in a B2B marketing team, within travel industry > Excellent time and project management skills; ability to multitask > Extremely organised with ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced and challenging environment > Fluent spoken and written English and strong communication skills > Able to communicate sometimes complex ideas in a cohesive manner > Creative, cross-cultures interest, attention to details, strong team player, and have positive attitude towards learning > Can-do attitude, that has the ability to take great ideas, and execute brilliantly
