Travel Administration Consultant – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and enthusiastic Travel Administration Consultant to join the Travel Team of an ambitious owner-run luxury tour operator based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. This luxury tour operator works closely with the UK’s best travel agents to design bespoke holidays and itineraries to some of the world’s pre-eminent destinations. Offering an excellent basic salary £18,000- £20,000, working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays .
The purpose of the Travel Administration Consultant is to quality check bookings , prepare travel itineraries for dispatch and providing administration support across the business .
The successful candidate will work within a highly successful, close-knit and ambitious team of industry professionals based at their modern offices in Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Duties to include but not restricted to the Travel Administration Consultant :

1. Quality checking all booking elements prior to itinerary write
2. Writing of travel itineraries
3. Checking of travel itineraries
4. Preparing travel itineraries for dispatch
5. Maintaining accurate destination, hotel and airline records

Essential Skills required for the Travel Administration Consultant:
Ideal candidates for this excellent opportunity as a Travel Administration Consultant will ideally be working for a Tour Operator or Travel Agency within a similar role. Will have experience quality checking and processing bookings with excellent attention to detail.
