THE JOB
A well-established tour operator is looking for an experienced Travel Branch Manager to provide support, motivation, coaching and development for its team of accomplished travel sales advisors. This is a hands on managerial role where you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of a team within a customer facing environment, performance managing them to maximise profits for the business and their professional development, as well as selling tailormade travel itineraries directly to clients yourself.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
* A minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer facing travel branch management
role
* Strong consultative coaching skills with a proven background in managing
individual and team performance including 1-1 reviews
* Good time management and the organisation to effectively prioritise yours and
your teams’ workloads
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Results focused and committed to ensuring outstanding service delivery through
effective people management
* Enthusiastic, positive manner, able to successfully motivate others

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
You’ll benefit from an excellent basic salary plus a performance related bonus scheme and generous company and travel benefits. You will work 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota basis, including approximately 3 out of 4 weekend days a month either a Saturday or Sunday. Monday to Friday hours are 9am to 6pm, 9-5 Saturday, 11-5 Sunday.
