Our client, a well-respected international travel and tourism firm are inviting driven individuals to join their Hong Kong team.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably from the travel or tourism industry
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Able to multi-task under pressure
• Genuine passion for travel
• Experience working or studying overseas is advantageous
• Experience having travelled internationally is essential
• Native English speaker
Responsibilities:
• Deal with client requests, changes or complaints
• Coordinate with related parties to provide solutions to client enquires
• Ensure a warm, friendly and approachable attitude at all times
