Job Description:
- Handle activities related to daily logistics & transport management
- In house fleet management, drivers allocations, Vehicle allocation
- In-house Driver Allocations, Outsourced Supplier Allocation
- Tours wise Vehicle assignments
- Supplier relationship management especially with Transporters
- Manage Supplier connection
- Daily Transportation Log Management
- Route planning for tours
- Guide assignments.
- Drivers recruitment’s, Manage Insurances, Vehicle Registration
- Knowledge of legal Paper work for In house Vehicle management.
- Coordination with Operations team & hotline management.
- Checking & Verification of all Logistics related expenditure, Driver fees & Tips, Fuel Billing checking, Supplier bill checking as per assignments.
- Meet and or exceed targets as set by the management.
Desirable :
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Desired Experience in Operations
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer, Internet, E-mail and MS Office literate essential
- Able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible hour
- “CAN DO” attitude and positive thinking
- Pro-active, responsibility, service-minded and good team player
- Good interpersonal skill, mature and pro-active
