TRAVEL PRODUCT MANAGER

£35,000 – £40,000

THE JOB
This leading tour operator is looking for an experienced travel product manager to be responsible for the creation and development of tours which deliver planned volume, margin and revenue targets across their brands. You’ll be liaising with existing and potential new suppliers, visiting them when necessary, as well as working with the company’s marketing team, ensuring new products are marketed effectively.

You’ll be commercially-savvy, ensuring accurate costings to ensure the tours are the most competitive in the market as well as accurate pricing and margin returns on each product and provide training to ensure your team is up to date with current and future products.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven background within a travel product manager role
*Fluency in spoken and written German is desirable however not essential
*UK & overseas travel will be required
*Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly customer-focused, friendly and team orientated
*Numerate with strong commercial acumen
*Ability to prepare and present well
*Proactive, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities
*Strong influencing and negotiation skills
*Previous leadership and management experience
