Travel Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid Working/National Location

The team at C&M have weathered the storm and survived the pandemic, where we were extremely proactive helping both candidates and clients holding many webinars to support our amazing industry and things are now bouncing back so much, we are now in a position to start to grow the team again.

We pride ourselves on the exceptional service we deliver to both clients and candidates, as well as the incredible partnerships we have developed since launching in 1998. You will be joining a team of experienced travel recruiters, who provide a very special service to a variety of travel industry clients. The heart of what we do is building long term relationships and we are seeking new colleagues who, above all, have the conscientiousness and integrity to maintain our reputation and grow our business.

Travel Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • You will be placing travel professionals in a variety or roles across all travel sectors.
  • You will be speaking to new and existing clients all day every day, establishing their recruitment needs. This will involve cold calling and account management; relationship building is key to what we do.
  • You will source candidates and shortlist through telephone screening and face to face interviews.
  • You will be working to targets in a fast paced sales environment requiring drive, motivation and a positive mental attitude.

Travel Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

  • Ideally a travel recruitment background with proven achievement or an exceptional record in recruitment and a passion for travel.
  • Perhaps you have worked as a Manager or Supervisor within a sales environment for a travel agency or tour operator, or have worked as an Account Manager or in Business Development within the travel industry. You may be an exceptional Senior Travel Consultant or Business Travel Consultant looking for a change in direction.
  • You will be speaking to new and existing clients and candidates all day every day so exceptional sales, communication and customer service skills are essential.
