Our client is a well-established travel company based in West Sussex and are seeking a Travel Sales Support Executive as they are widening their team. The role is to provide support to the sales team, liasing with customers pre and post travel, amending bookings, upselling, resolving any issues and displaying high levels of customer service.

Travel Sales Support Executive responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers from quote stage
• Manage customers post booking with questions and booking amendments, including upselling
• Liase with overseas suppliers regarding any amendments to the trip
• Assist with airline and touring schedule changes
• Support with client balance chasing

Travel Sales Support Executive skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Numerate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Prior Travel background is a huge advantage

Travel Sales Support Executive additional information:

• 37.5 hours per week – shifts are Mon to Fri 9 to 5.30 & 10.30 to 7 with 2 weekend days in a 4 week rota of 9 to 5.30. Part time of 30+ hours per week also considered.
• Salary of £22,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience
