Job Description

Travel Sector – Customer Relations Supervisor, West London, Salary to £28k

This large online travel company is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Supervisor to join the team. Your team will manage all post-arrival queries and complaints via Live Chat, Social Media and online review sites, ensuring all resolved in a timely manner. You’ll have previous experience in a similar role, you’ll be joining a friendly team and offer a salary up to £28k.

Travel Sector – Customer Relations Supervisor Responsibilities:

You will supervise the day to day activities of the Customer Relations team and ensure all KI’s are met and exceeded
Primary responsibility for resourcing the Live Chat and Social Media Channels
Act as the escalation point for post-arrival complaints
Manage and respond to Chargeback and Data Protection requests
Responsible for communicating negative performance indicators and emerging trends
Responsible for managing and improving review site scores
You are responsible for ensuring that all team members are aware and adhering to all legal and industry regulations
Responsible for providing analysis on the Social Media and Live Chat Channels
Using internal systems to log and track complaints (RESPOND/TOPDOG)

Travel Sector – Customer Relations Supervisor Requirements:

Experience of supervising a Customer Support team within the Travel Industry
Excellent knowledge of reservations and complaint handling
Good knowledge of industry regulations
Experience of working with contact centres
Structured analytical thinker with first-class problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience in RESPOND system – desirable, not essential
