Travel Systems Support Executive – 35K. London. Hybrid.

We are helping a global travel company to find a systems-savvy, solutions-driven candidate to take an instrumental place on their critical global systems support team in London where you will provide invaluable help to their global brands and partners.

Travel Systems Support Executive Responsibilities:

• Problem-solving to identify and resolve business and system related issues for global partners
• Proactively recommend process and system improvements
• Set-up, maintenance and support of Travel Systems
• Monitor system performance and report to stakeholders
• Provide internal training and demos
• Ensure systems are maintained to highest level, by ongoing testing, software updates and functional enhancements

Travel Systems Support Executive Experience Required:

• Experience in analysing information to resolve problems and make business process improvements
• Experience working in a support role – highly desirable
• Knowledge of service management tools and travel industry systems – highly desirable
• Ability to understand technical issues

Travel Systems Support Executive Additional Info:

• Mon – Fri, Hybrid 3 days in the London office 2 at home
