Laters.com, a Singapore-based travel startup, has successfully raised US$1.5 million in a seed funding round led by XBO Ventures, the investment arm of digital-asset platform XBO.com. The funds will be used to expand the company's flexible travel payment solutions, which include buy now pay later (BNPL) options, stablecoins, and over 70 cryptocurrencies.
Since its launch in August 2024, Laters.com has achieved net profit every month from February 2025, according to management accounts. The company, which holds a Singapore Tourism Board licence (TA04059), has seen the majority of its payment volume come from non-card transactions, with approximately 40 BNPL and instalment plans available. Laters.com offers flights on over 650 airlines, with the United States emerging as its largest market.
In addition to its payment solutions, Laters.com provides two public tools: a free country-by-country guide to fly now pay later providers and the Laters.com Payment Score. These resources are available on their website, and no provider pays to be ranked.
The funding from XBO Ventures will enable Laters.com to further develop its innovative payment options, catering to the growing demand for flexible travel payments
