Additionally, Loganair's partnerships with major airlines such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, and Aer Lingus allow passengers to secure onward travel with a single ticket and earn Avios through its loyalty programme.

In 2025, Loganair was recognised as the most punctual major airline for UK arrivals and departures by the UK Civil Aviation Authority, with 81% of its flights on time, surpassing the industry average of 72%.
