Over 180 members of the travel trade convened in Palma, Mallorca, for loveholidays' annual supplier workshop, held at the GPRO Valparaiso Palace & Spa Hotel. The event, which took place ahead of the peak travel season, focused on the online travel agent's product and market expansion strategy, aiming to establish itself as a global leader in package holidays.
The workshop celebrated a successful 2025, during which loveholidays collaborated with suppliers to add over 19,000 hotels to its offerings and increased its Air Traffic Organisers’ Licence by a million passengers, enabling it to serve over five million UK customers annually. Attendees included representatives from bedbanks, direct management companies, hotel partners, tourist boards, and transfer and ancillary providers.
Al Murray, Chief Marketing and Supply Officer at loveholidays, highlighted the importance of the event: “Our supplier workshop is a valuable opportunity to reflect on our collective success and align on our ambition for the future, particularly as we head into peak travel season.”
Loveholidays' marketplace model allows customers to package over 56,000 hotels with flights from more than 140 airlines. Operating in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, the company plans further international expansion. The workshop provided a platform for trade partners to engage with over 30 loveholidays representatives, fostering collaboration and growth.
Established in 2012, loveholidays is recognised for offering a wide range of affordable holiday options, catering to various budgets and providing flexible payment plans. The company continues to focus on making travel accessible, with further expansion on the horizon
