This feature helps the team prepare for guests before they arrive and provide a more consistent experience across repeat visits. In one recent arrival, the system captured more than 150 verified guest preferences within 48 hours.
Moreover, the approach has been reflected in the property's guest reviews. Mandarin Beach Villa holds a 5.0 rating from 36 reviews on a vacation rental platform and is ranked as well among the top 1% of homes worldwide. It also has perfect ratings on different vacation platforms, boasting a record of no guest complaints since its relaunch.
