The Ritz-Carlton Kathmandu will debut in Nepal, offering 150 rooms and suites, alongside luxury amenities such as a spa and multiple dining options. The Westin Kathmandu will feature 150 premium rooms and focus on wellness, with facilities like a rooftop pool and fitness studio. JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri, located in India, will provide a serene retreat with 150 rooms and extensive wellness and dining offerings.

This development is part of a broader strategy to expand Marriott's presence in South Asia, following recent milestones including 75 total signings and 50 open properties for Series by Marriott. The partnership aims to create iconic destinations that celebrate local culture and provide exceptional experiences for travellers
