Melco Resorts & Entertainment has once again demonstrated its culinary prowess, achieving eight MICHELIN Stars across five of its restaurants in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026. The announcement, made at the guide's 18th edition ceremony, highlights Melco's City of Dreams as Macau's premier gastronomic destination with six MICHELIN Stars, the most of any integrated resort in the city.
Jade Dragon, a Cantonese fine dining restaurant at City of Dreams, retained its prestigious Three MICHELIN Star status for the eighth consecutive year. Alain Ducasse at Morpheus also maintained its Two MICHELIN Stars, whilst Pearl Dragon at Studio City, Ying at Altira Macau, and Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams each held onto their One MICHELIN Star accolades. Additionally, the innovative Chinese restaurant Yí at City of Dreams received a recommendation from the guide.
Lawrence Ho, Chairman and CEO of Melco, expressed pride in the recognition, stating, "It is truly a privilege to have our culinary teams recognised by the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau in this historic centenary year of the MICHELIN Star." He attributed the success to the dedication and professionalism of Melco's culinary teams.
Looking forward, Melco remains committed to enhancing Macau's status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy by delivering world-class dining experiences. The company eagerly anticipates welcoming global guests to savour its exceptional cuisine and culinary artistry
