Accor has revealed that it will be opening two properties under the legendary Raffles brand name in India today, following a signing ceremony between Accor chairman & CEO Sébastien Bazin and, Ratankant Sharma owner of the new hotels, Raffles Jaipur (to open by mid-2020) and Raffles Udaipur (to open by the end of 2022).

Commenting on this historic occasion, Sébastien Bazin,  said: “It is with immense pride that we announce the arrival of the Raffles brand in India, a hallmark of luxury and sublime service in a country that is famous for delivering luxury at the highest level. We also thank Mr. Sharma for bringing the first Fairmont to India in Jaipur and extending this partnership to the Raffles brand.”
