Das's extensive career includes roles at prestigious hospitality brands across India. Before joining Novotel Hyderabad, she was the Director of Celebrations at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she excelled in revenue generation and strategic planning. Her previous experience also includes positions at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, ErevMax Pvt. Ltd., The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, and JW Marriott Kolkata, where she significantly contributed to corporate and catering business growth.
