With over 32 years of international experience, Chua will oversee operations across Iconic Marjorie Penang, Iconic Hotel Penang, and Iconic Regency Service Residences. Her role focuses on enhancing service consistency, guest experiences, and sustainable performance.

Chua's extensive career spans countries such as Thailand, China, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea, where she developed a passion for building high-performing teams. "Joining Iconic felt like a natural next step for me," Chua stated, emphasising her excitement about contributing to the group's growth in her home state of Penang.

Previously, Chua served as the General Manager of Amari Johor Bahru under ONYX Hospitality Group, where she achieved multiple accolades, including Best Contemporary Hotel at the Malaysia International Tourism Development Awards 2025. Known for her people-centric leadership style, Chua believes in empowering teams to drive business success. "I’ve always believed that if you take care of your people, they will take care of your business," she shared.

Chua's priorities include aligning teams across properties, strengthening service consistency, and building leadership depth. She aims to shape a unified vision for the group whilst preserving each property's unique identity.
