“Don’t pick a job with great vacation time, pick a career that doesn’t need escaping from”. I feel blessed to have a career that uses my unique talents and skillsets. After 15+ years in Learning & Development and Leadership development, I get as excited today as I did back then, when I see people growing in their capabilities and organizations growing in their results.

I’ve had the privilege of having two kinds of roles in Learning & Development over the years.
One is the learning & development/ leadership development expert where my focus has been on consulting with business leaders & identifying needs, designing and delivering bespoke learning interventions and managing uber innovative projects.

The other is of the learning & development/ organizational development leader where my focus is on understanding organizational priorities, developing L&D Strategy, engaging and motivating my team to deliver on this strategy and managing uber innovative programmes.

I love both roles. And often times both are required to get the job done.

When I’m doing a different type of play, you’ll find me kicking the ball in the park playing with my 4 year old or chilling at home listening to a great podcast.
