Qatar Calendar has announced the launch of the ColourVerse Experience, an innovative entertainment attraction set to captivate visitors at Katara Cultural Village’s South Parking from 15 July to 15 September 2026. This immersive experience is designed to be a highlight of Qatar’s summer season, offering a unique indoor adventure for families and visitors from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) during the school holidays.
The ColourVerse Experience takes visitors on a storytelling journey through Colorama, a once vibrant world now devoid of colour. Participants, known as "Restorers", are guided by HUE, a friendly character, through seven interactive zones. Their mission is to reactivate the core RGB colour system and defeat the "Munchers", creatures that have drained Colorama of its vibrancy. The adventure culminates in Colorama City, where visitors help restore colour and life to the city.
This attraction combines cutting-edge lighting, sound design, projection effects, and interactive gameplay to create a multi-sensory experience. It is suitable for families, children, and young adults, offering a blend of creativity, adventure, and participation. The experience also includes live stage performances and opportunities to meet characters from the journey.
Part of Qatar Calendar’s summer programme, the ColourVerse Experience underscores Qatar’s commitment to providing world-class entertainment and enhancing its status as a leading tourism destination in the GCC. Tickets for the event are now available online
