Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced a significant expansion of its partnership with Equinor, its largest private-sector customer, through a new three-year corporate agreement commencing on 1 February 2027. This agreement enhances their collaboration by increasing route commitments and dedicated capacity on key domestic and international routes.

The agreement will see SAS tailoring flight schedules to meet Equinor's corporate travel needs, covering essential routes such as Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, Evenes, and Haugesund. It also includes routes under the Singapore Airlines and SAS Joint Venture, supporting Equinor’s global travel programme. "Equinor is our largest private-sector corporate customer, and this agreement underscores their continued trust in our services," said Anko van der Werff, President and CEO of SAS.

This development follows SAS's recent success in securing a major Norwegian government contract with the Directorate for Financial Management (DFØ), highlighting the airline's strong commercial momentum and trusted network.

During the ONS conference in Stavanger, SAS will maintain a presence with a dedicated airport lounge in Hall 4, open to EuroBonus members and non-members who register on-site. Additionally, Anko van der Werff will participate in a panel debate on decarbonisation in hard-to-abate sectors, alongside leaders from A.P. Moller - Maersk, Thyssenkrupp Steel, and Hitachi Energy.

As Scandinavia's leading airline, SAS continues to connect the region with the world, serving over 25 million passengers annually. The airline remains committed to reducing CO₂ emissions in line with international climate frameworks.
