TDM AWARDS - NOMINATE NOW!

Saudia Group has been recognised as the world's most on-time airline for the second consecutive month, according to Cirium's June 2026 report.

This accolade comes as Saudia successfully navigated the high-demand Hajj pilgrimage season and the subsequent post-Hajj travel surge, achieving a 92.38% on-time arrival rate and a 93.02% on-time departure rate across 13,350 flights.

The achievement is particularly noteworthy for travellers from Malaysia and Indonesia, who form a significant portion of the Hajj pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia each year. Saudia's operational reliability during this period underscores its commitment to maintaining high standards of service amidst increased traffic volumes.

Saudia Group's success is attributed to its integrated aviation ecosystem, which leverages AI-powered digital systems for enhanced planning, forecasting, and real-time decision-making. This technological integration has enabled the Group to manage higher traffic volumes whilst maintaining industry-leading operational reliability.

In addition to Saudia's global success, flyadeal, another airline under the Saudia Group, ranked first among airlines in the Middle East and Africa, with an impressive on-time arrival rate of 95.42% and a departure rate of 96.63% across 5,150 flights.

Director General of Saudia Group, Ibrahim Al-Omar, highlighted the dedication and discipline of the Group's employees, stating, "Delivering this level of reliability during one of the busiest periods of the year reflects the dedication of our people and the discipline behind every stage of planning and execution."

As part of its strategic priorities, Saudia Group continues to invest in advanced capabilities and digital innovation, aiming to enhance the travel experience and support the Saudi Aviation Strategy, reinforcing the Kingdom's position as a leading global aviation hub
