Sleep Inn unveils new design with US openings

Sleep Inn, a brand under Choice Hotels International, has launched its new Scenic Dreams prototype with the opening of four new properties in Tennessee, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. This next-generation design focuses on wellness and nature-inspired aesthetics, aiming to enhance guest experiences with features like regionally inspired murals, calming colour palettes, and expansive windows that maximise natural light.

The Scenic Dreams prototype is designed to offer both aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency. It includes streamlined building layouts that reduce construction and operational costs, making it an attractive option for developers. The new design has already shown promising results, with renovated hotels experiencing a 17% increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR) and improved guest satisfaction scores.

The new Sleep Inn & Suites properties include:

- **Ashland City, Tennessee**: Opened in September 2025, this 52-room hotel is located near Nashville and offers easy access to outdoor activities along the Cumberland River.

- **Middletown, Pennsylvania**: This dual-brand property opened in March 2026, adjacent to Penn State Harrisburg and close to Hershey attractions, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

- **Henderson, Nevada**: Scheduled to open mid-April, this hotel is strategically located near Las Vegas attractions and Lake Mead, offering convenience for both leisure and business visitors.

- **Savannah, Tennessee**: Also opening mid-April, this 82-room riverfront property provides scenic views and access to local attractions like Shiloh National Military Park.

Mallory Enos, Head of Midscale Brand Strategy & Management, stated, "These new Sleep Inn hotels bring together calming, thoughtfully designed spaces and innovative sleep solutions." With over 40 Scenic Dreams hotels in the pipeline, Sleep Inn continues to expand its footprint, reinforcing its commitment to guest wellbeing and sustainable growth
