Stellar Entertainment has announced the appointment of Jonathan Fagg as Senior Technology Strategist, a newly created role aimed at advancing the company's technological vision. Fagg will collaborate with the Vice President of Technology to focus on AI-enabled content ecosystems, next-generation digital experiences, and connected cabin innovation. With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and technology strategy, Fagg has previously led digital initiatives at GoodLife Fitness and collaborated with global automotive manufacturers at JD Power.
Fagg's appointment comes as the aviation and inflight entertainment sectors are rapidly evolving towards more personalised and connected passenger experiences. Sam Allen, CEO of Stellar Entertainment, stated, "As airlines continue to rethink the passenger experience through the lens of connectivity, personalisation, and intelligent digital services, bringing Jono into the business represents another important step forward in our innovation journey."
Fagg expressed his enthusiasm for joining Stellar, noting, "I've always been drawn to industries mid-disruption, that's where the most interesting work happens. IFE is in that moment right now, and Stellar is one of the few players with the foundation to shape what comes next rather than react to it."
In his role, Fagg will work across the business, collaborating with clients, strategic partners, and technology providers to advance Stellar’s innovation initiatives. He will also identify emerging technologies and new service offerings as Stellar scales its capabilities globally. Stellar Entertainment, founded in 1974, is a global provider of inflight entertainment content and technical services, supporting airlines worldwide
