Apollo Funds to acquire The Travel Corporation 

Apollo and The Travel Corporation (TTC) announced  they have entered into definitive agreement for Apollo-managed funds (the “Apollo Funds”) to acquire  TTC, which has been privately owned and operated for more than a century
