Amid reports that the UK Government will push ahead with a UK-wide Deposit Return Scheme, with Scotland running a pilot, UKHospitality Scotland Executive Director Leon Thompson said: “We have maintained throughout this process that a UK-wide scheme is essential to make the Deposit Return Scheme a success, particularly for businesses.
