Merchants of MICE: City of London’s latest property channels local history

The new City of London hotel Vintry & Mercer, set to open on 4 February 2019, has revealed it will be taking the MICE market seriously by unveiling a set of three new meeting and event spaces inspired by the rich heritage of the UK capital.
