The Adina Darling Harbour in Sydney has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, marking a new era for the hotel. Designed by Bates Smart, the 114-room hotel now features a palette inspired by the natural history of Darling Harbour, with a seamless flow between the hotel and the waterfront. Antony Ritch, CEO of TFE Hotels, stated, “We’re working closely with our third-party hotel owners to elevate the guest experience by leaning into what makes Adina unique.”

In Europe, Adina is advancing its guest experience with refurbishments in Germany and Hungary. Adina Frankfurt Neue Oper is undergoing a 12-month refurbishment, incorporating ethically sourced materials and local artwork. Meanwhile, Adina Budapest has completed its redesign, featuring a calming earth-toned palette. Moritz Klein, TFE's Head of Operations for EU and the UK, emphasised the sustainability embedded in the new designs.
