TFE Hotels has announced the promotion of three long-serving leaders within its Australian operations, aiming to bolster its leadership across the eastern seaboard. Sid Singh, Jay Hore, and Shaarn Letele have been appointed to senior roles, reflecting the company's commitment to nurturing internal talent and creating career progression opportunities.

Sid Singh, previously Cluster General Manager, has been elevated to Area General Manager NSW and General Manager of Adina Darling Harbour. Singh's new role will see him oversee TFE’s Sydney hotels, building on his extensive experience in leading multi-brand hotel operations, particularly through the post-COVID recovery phase. His 16-year tenure at TFE has been marked by significant contributions to the company's talent pipeline and operational initiatives.

Jay Hore, a TFE stalwart with over 18 years of experience, will expand his responsibilities as Area General Manager ACT and Southern NSW to include Adina Wollongong. Hore has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, which will be crucial as he extends his operational leadership.

Shaarn Letele has been appointed General Manager of Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour. With more than 17 years at TFE, Letele has held senior roles across Australia and New Zealand. His experience in hotel operations and major projects positions him well to lead Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour and its venues.

These appointments are part of broader operational changes at TFE Hotels, with Senior Director of Operations ANZ, Tish Nyar, focusing more on strategic activities. Additionally, Ajay Vaid and Briana Hill will see expanded regional responsibilities, supporting the company's growth and succession planning efforts
