The Leela expands wellness offerings with Aujasya

The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts is enhancing its wellness initiative, Aujasya by The Leela, with new offerings that include curated meal programmes, signature rituals, and wellness retreats. This expansion, announced on World Health Day 2026, marks the brand's commitment to aligning with guests' natural rhythms and promoting holistic wellbeing.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary, The Leela is evolving its wellness philosophy to integrate nourishment, movement, and mindful rituals. Aujasya by The Leela is guided by the Trinity of Balance—Shakti (energy and vitality), Shanti (inner peace), and Soumya (inner beauty)—to help guests reconnect with themselves. Anupam Dasgupta, Senior Vice President of Operations North and Head of Wellness, stated, “With Aujasya by The Leela, we are bringing together India's timeless wisdom with a more intuitive rhythm-led approach to modern wellbeing.”

Central to this evolution is Aujasya by The Leela Sampoorna, a curated dining experience addressing the disruption of routine during travel. The meal plans, including Anti-Inflammatory, Detox, and High-Protein options, are designed to be flexible and customisable. Dr Ankita Jalori, Nutritionist and Programme Director, explained, “Each menu is thoughtfully designed to support specific outcomes, whether it is energy, recovery, or balance.”

Additionally, the Aujasya by The Leela Signature Ritual offers a 90-minute spa journey featuring sensory experiences and sound healing. This ritual aims to leave guests feeling rejuvenated and centred.

The Leela plans to expand dedicated Aujasya by The Leela Spa spaces, with the first already open at The Leela Palace Jaipur. Future retreats will offer immersive experiences for wellness seekers, fostering community engagement through movement, mindfulness, nourishment, and culture
