Tourism 365 launches Capital Holidays in 2023
Abu Dhabi-based leading travel and tourism entity, Tourism 365, part of ADNEC Group and its subsidiaries, announced at ITB that Etihad Holidays and Capital Holidays, the fully-fledged tour operator, is now fully operational in the UK, Austria and Germany. The companies, which launched in Munich, will offer key destinations to holidaymakers in the UK, including Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and more, with a great focus on Abu Dhabi. Both Etihad Holidays and Capital Holidays offer competitive products and services, with experts that have more than 30 years of combined industry experience.
Tourism 365 made the announcement at ITB, among other ambitious expansion plans. Roula Jouny, CEO of Tourism 365, said: “We are thrilled to be taking part in ITB Berlin and celebrate a number of key milestones for Tourism 365 and our subsidiaries. The last year has witnessed record growth for Tourism 365 and we have launched new offerings, services and products including Capital Holidays and Capital Drive among a number of other developments to our existing entities. Tourism 365 will continue to further expand Abu Dhabi’s burgeoning tourism sector, as well as launch innovative travel solutions around the world and connect global audiences through the joy of travel.”
Among the many exciting announcements, the following are some of the highlights:
Tourism 365 to operate its own charter flights
Tourism 365 will operate its own charter flights from Abu Dhabi, UAE, to three airports in Germany and two airports in France starting October 2023 until December 2024.
Capital Experience launch in Jordan and beyond
Capital Experience, which is the first DMC to be fully owned by a government entity, ADNEC Group, is the leading DMC in Abu Dhabi. The company has extensive experience in handling leisure groups and has a great connection with tour operators from the UK and Europe handling the leisure market. In December 2022, Capital Experience, in partnership with Easy Booking, launched daily charter flights from Uzbekistan, with key source markets currently operating from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Azerbaijan. With its business products of three night stays in Abu Dhabi and four night stays in Dubai, the company is set to expand to Ras Al Khaimah, with over 16,000 passengers from April to September, and another 18,000 passengers from October to December 2023.
Capital Experience has also made its debut appearance in Jordan as a Leisure Destination Management Company, launching its second branch in Al Aqaba, Jordan, with a vision to position itself as the first choice for travel and tourism industry professionals.
Capital Travel in partnership with Morafiq opened new airport city check-in facility at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre
Capital Travel, in partnership with Morafiq, has opened a new off-airport city check-in facility at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, allowing passengers travelling on Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, and Egypt Air to check-in for their flights and receive their boarding pass from 4 to 24 hours prior to their flight departure.
Capital Drive is unveiled as Tourism 365’s newest branch
Tourism 365 has also now introduced Capital Drive, a new chauffeur-service company providing its services to the entirety of the United Arab Emirates, across leisure, business, events, and tourism sectors, with a fleet of luxurious and practical cars and coaches. Capital Drive will work closely with Tourism 365 entities, including Capital Travel, Capital Experience, Capital Travel, Capital Holidays, and Etihad Holidays and other ADNEC Group subsidiaries, offering a 360-travel experience to every guest with a premium and hassle-free transportation experience.
