This funding is earmarked for the development of Techo International Airport, a significant infrastructure project in Cambodia.

The agreement was formalised by Pung Carolyne, Vice Chairperson of OCIC, and Caroline Vik, Chief Policy Officer of DFC. Pung Carolyne highlighted the financing as a testament to the confidence in Cambodia's economic future and the airport's pivotal role in enhancing trade, tourism, and regional connectivity. "The proposed financing from DFC reflects confidence in Cambodia's economic future and in the airport's role as a gateway for trade, tourism, investment, and regional connectivity," she stated.
