VFS Global has announced the opening of Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Contract Verification Centres in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This initiative is set to simplify the employment contract verification process for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), offering a more accessible and efficient service. Developed in collaboration with DBP Data Centre Inc., the service is expected to cater to approximately 34,500 applicants annually.

The centres provide a streamlined process where OFWs can book appointments and make payments online before submitting documents in person. Walk-in services are also available. Once the verification is completed by the MWO, applicants receive notifications via email to access their Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) and verified contract.

Jiten Vyas, Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Business Development at VFS Global, stated, “We are pleased to leverage our network of centres across KSA to bring contract verification services closer to Filipinos residing in the Kingdom. This new offering further strengthens our longstanding relationship with the Philippines.”

The centres feature extended operating hours, real-time application tracking, and secure online payment options, enhancing user experience and accessibility. This expansion follows the opening of similar centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi earlier this year.

In addition to contract verification, VFS Global offers ePassport Renewal services and various consular services, including Police Clearance and Passport Extension, ensuring comprehensive support for Filipinos in Saudi Arabia. This initiative underscores a commitment to secure and reliable service delivery, aligning with Philippine government standards to safeguard worker welfare
