Thai Vietjet celebrated its maiden flight connecting Hat Yai, a centre of trade, transportation and tourism in the southern Thailand and the famous destination of Chiang Rai in the north. The inaugural flights VZ408 and VZ409 in return on the 1 November brought big surprise for passengers on board, including lively cabin crew dance performance ‘Fly for Love’ and lucky draw to win complimentary air tickets.

All passengers onboard the inaugural flights also received lovely souvenirs from the airline. The new service Hat Yai – Chiang Rai operates four flights per week starting 1 November. The flight duration is around 2 hour 15 minutes per leg.

With an expanding network connecting many attractive destinations across the Land of Smiles, Vietjet is bringing more chance for people and tourists in Thailand to travel with affordable fare, modern aircraft while experiencing comfy seats, friendly cabin crews, a choice of nine delicious hot meals and many special activities.
