Vinhomes Green Paradise, developed by Cangio Tourist City Corporation, has partnered with Marriott International to introduce The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotel to Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City. The Ritz-Carlton Can Gio will be situated at a prime riverside location within the Vinhomes Green Paradise coastal mega-urban area. Scheduled to open in Q4 2027, the hotel will feature nine floors and approximately 250 keys, including suites and pool villas. Amenities will include six restaurants and bars, two swimming pools, a spa, and event spaces totalling 540 sqm.
Adjacent to the opera house, the Can Gio Marriott Hotel will also open in Q4 2027. It will rise 25 floors, offering around 450 rooms, including premium suites. Facilities will include an M Club Lounge, restaurants, a swimming pool, and 1,570 sqm of meeting and event space.
Vinpearl, a member of Vingroup, will manage the development and operations, ensuring the effective performance of these international brands.
